Cancellation Policy
To avoid any cancellation fees, please let us know at least 48 hours* prior to your scheduled time if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that we may offer your time to another client on our waiting list.
We now offer 2 reminder options for your appointment – email and text. Even with these automated reminders- you are solely responsible for remembering and showing up for the appointment that you made.
If you do not contact us at least 48 hours* prior to your appointment, or if you intentionally or unintentionally miss your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the treatment cost which must be paid before you can schedule another appointment.
